Today, Jane will receive an IV infusion of D5 saline with some potassium to help hydrate her a little, and perhaps make her more comfortable. The infusion will start around 10:00am and go for about 6 hours (slowly). During that time Jane will be resting and maybe catching up on some needed sleep.
Everyone has been very gracious an honored our request to not stop by or call. I imagine it must be very difficult for you to have to stay away; Pam has told me that some have expressed a strong desire to see Jane one last time. We do understand that, but Jane is not up for that at this time. If things change, I will let you know.

Doug and Jane, this is Stacey Hartfeld. I am sooooo sorry to hear about Jane. I just found out today in the email from the Young Marrieds about the fundraiser at Woodstocks. I would love to mail you something, if you could give me your mailing address. Our church phone book has been packed away. Jane, you have meant so much to me and all the things you did when we were working together. You made going to work so much fun and you taught me so much. I love you so much for your cheerfulness and the patience that you had with me at the office. Please let me know your address or an email that I can write you. Love Stacey Hartfeld
Sorry I forgot to leave you my email address. jshartfeld@msn.com
Hi Doug and family. I have a heavy heart after reading many of the posts and hearing the latest about Jane. Also, I read about Bruce's life also. We are so sorry for all you are going through right now. We are keeping you in our prayers.
Sincerely, Kathi and Stacey Winter
